  • Where can I find my ticket number?
    • After purchasing a lot, you will receive an order confirmation - there you will find your order number and the link to the list of lots (Google spreadsheet). Use the search function there and enter your order number. Then you will see your ticket number
  • I can't find the email with my order number - am I now excluded from the draw?
    • No - your ticket number is in the system and the winner will also be notified in writing
  • What is the link to the ticket numbers?

  • Can I give away a ticket?
    • Yes, just pass on your ticket number.
  • When does the draw take place?
    • Due to the current situation, the raffle will be held online and live. The drawing will take place either on August 7th, 2022 at 6 p.m. or one week after all tickets have been sold on the @vanlife.germany.ev Instagram channel.
  • How can I be informed about the live draw?
    • All people who have bought a ticket and subscribed to the newsletter will be informed of the date of the live drawing 6 days before the drawing.
  • Do I have to enter the raffle live?
    • No, you'll miss all the fun, but the winner will also be notified in writing ;)
  • What condition is the campervan in?
    • The campervan was put through its paces before the start of the draw and is in very good technical condition - you should get a campervan with which you can start your next adventure immediately :)
  • What happens to the proceeds?
    • Vanlife Germany e. V. must use the proceeds in a non-profit manner based on the association's statutes. True to the motto "From the community - for the community". We are currently planning to create a place by vanlifers for vanlifers
  • Where does the handover take place?
    • The location of the handover will be discussed with the winner(s).
  • Can I also return my ticket?
    • Yes, write an e-mail with your request to shop@vanlife-germany.de
  • What do you live on?
    • You don't need much. We live from savings and partly from the draws. We are currently building a place in Portugal for being and at the same time this community. We plan to offer housing and retreats so that our camp can stand on its own two feet.
  • What is it like if I want to come by the camp for 2-3 days?
    • You can come to us for board and lodging and work 4-5 hours a day. But you can also pay for the place and do what you want. :)
  • Can you come with a normal camper?
    • Yes, a mobile home has no problem accessing the property. I myself managed to get to the property with a transporter and caravan, total length 13 m.
